Telling it like it is

Short and to the point.

Some countries in the Middle East and North Africa, which used to be stable and relatively prosperous – Iraq, Libya, Syria – have turned into zones of chaos and anarchy that pose a threat to entire world. We know why it happened. We know who wanted to oust unwanted regimes, and rudely impose their own rules. They triggered hostilities, destroyed statehoods, set people against each other and simply washed their hands [of the situation] – giving way to radicals, extremists and terrorists. [President Putin] [1]

Even British Intelligence agrees. Before the war on Iraq they predicated that this would lead to an uprise in Islamic terrorism [2]

Only the daft and deranged leaders of the US/UK/France seem either a) to be absolutely blind to their own actions, soaked as they are in their own false narratives or b) to notice the consequences of their actions, but not to care, hoping that in the long run it will all work out. (Obama now explains that it will be a “generational thing”).

As Putin said at the United Nations these people have zero regard for the human rights including the right to life of the people affected by their wars.
