Liberal liars

The liberal narrative on the Ukraine war is essentially a series of hoaxes. We’ve covered some of these in recent posts. [1]

But – they also do it on the domestic front as well. For example; the Guardian recently invented a story about a supposed scandal of how “carers” had been abused by the Department of Work and Pensions in connection with the payment of a certain social security benefit called ‘Carers Allowance’. What was happening was that a large number of claimants of this benefit, (which in many cases is claimed by people to care for their relatives – something which in normal countries, people just do), had over-claimed, that is claimed money which they were not entitled to. The DWP was asking for it back. But, the Guardian wanted to produce a large-scale “victim” story of their own, perhaps to match the Post Office scandal, (a genuine scandal first brought to prominence by Computer Weekly), and they managed to make one out of this. [2] The whole story is, at least when presented as a “scandal” with “victims”, a hoax.

I’ve noticed this again in the last few days with the story of the woman who drove her car at an ICE agent, (Immigration Officer), in the US. There are multiple videos available online, on mainstream news sites, accompanied with forensic level break-downs from people sometimes represented as e.g. “former FBI officers”. [3] There is no doubt at all that the woman drove her car directly at an ICE agent. There are perfectly legitimate questions about whether it was necessary to shoot her. The officer managed to leap out of the way and it seems from the videos he could have done that without shooting her. I don’t know what the protocols on training for ICE officers or police in general in the US. Are they supposed to only shoot if there is no other option? Or, are they permitted to shoot when under direct threat – even if there are other alternatives? I don’t know. And, maybe the protocols are not clear and/or either way this will need to be tested in a court.

But – there is no doubt that the woman drove her car directly at the officer. And there seems to be very little doubt that if he had not leapt out of the way he would have been knocked down, run over, and possibly killed. Nonetheless and despite the evidence, (liberals often demand ‘evidence’ but seem strangely unconcerned by the actual evidence in this case), they have developed a story about the driver just “driving away”.

It shows Good reversing her car and letting at least one ICE vehicle pass before an officer tells her to get out of the car; she then tries to turn and drive away. An agent shoots her multiple times, remains on his feet and walks away apparently uninjured as her car crashes into a lamp-post and parked vehicle. Multiple Guardian journalists

After the shooting of Good last week, the DHS claimed that Good had attacked the federal agent who shot her, seemingly contradicting video evidence that she was driving away from the officer. Also Guardian US ‘journalists’

The last one is particularly amazing. It even references ‘the video evidence’, which shows the opposite of what they claim.

In short – the story is that Good, who was shot, was simply “driving away”. It is a hoax which is directly contradicted by the multiple videos of the incident in the public domain including at least one put there by a liberal protest group of some kind. In fact technically it is “true”. She was “driving away”, in fact from a request to get out of her vehicle by a uniformed officer – another observable fact missing from the liberal narrative. There was, however, a human being between her and “away” who is altogether blanked out of this narrative.

It is akin to some kind of collective psychosis. The sensory data is right there is front of them and yet, collectively, the manage to say that it says something completely other than what it says. In this case the wider agenda requires that the narrative be that an ICE agent brutally shot an innocent person who was ‘driving away’. So, this is what they saw.

And there we have it. Liberals never let a few facts get in the way of the narrative, whether it is Ukraine or the shooting dead of a protestor for a liberal cause in the US. Lying is a modus operandi for them. There is simply no concept of truth. The group narrative is everything. It is the absolute triumph of group cohesion over independent truth. Modern liberalism is a cult. Think North Korea.

Can you, dear reader, imagine the kind of society they would build if they achieved their aim of outlawing all opposition, destroying democracy and becoming the only permitted political and social force? With some extreme irony it is the world of the Soviet Union, where truth is determined by the state. But, in reality, much worse because everyone in the USSR understood it was a matter of ideology, whereas these people disguise their ideology.
